Alsa is a hidden treasure for the sailing river rat. I have been a boater on the river all my life. I have belonged to alsa for 35 years. There is no place on the river(or lake) that an annual fee of 150.00 will enable you to park your boat with a ramp,docks,pavilion. You can buy a nice catamaran for 1000.00 and sail and enjoy the most beautiful place on pool26 for years. Allen Leiber Prindle 19
